Vice President of Finance / CFO – Direct Hire

The Adecco Permanent Recruitment team is partnering with a growing Chemical Manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance / CFO to lead financial strategy, accounting operations, FP&A, treasury, and IT oversight for a multi-division manufacturing business.
This executive leadership role will partner closely with company leadership to drive profitability, strategic planning, operational performance, system improvements, and long-term growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, and IT functions
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Drive strategic financial planning and profitability initiatives
• Support MRP/ERP system upgrades and process improvements
• Manage banking, audit, insurance, benefits, and compliance relationships
• Develop KPIs, reporting metrics, and operational financial insights
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and business growth initiatives
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and financial standards
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic decision-making
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• MBA and/or CPA/CMA/CFA preferred
• 10+ years of corporate finance/accounting leadership experience
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong background in FP&A, financial strategy, and operational leadership
• Experience overseeing accounting, finance, and IT functions
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
