Buddy's is a fast-growing RTO company focused on delivering innovative solutions that drive measurable results for our customers. We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead company-wide growth initiatives, expand market presence, and accelerate revenue performance.
Position Overview
The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies across sales, marketing, partnerships, customer acquisition, and revenue operations. This executive leader will work closely with the COO and senior leadership team to identify new business opportunities, optimize performance, and scale sustainable growth. Travel will be expected with this position.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and lead the company’s overall growth strategy
· Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, retention, and expansion initiatives
· Oversee marketing, sales strategy, and strategic partnerships
· Identify emerging market opportunities and competitive positioning strategies
· Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform decision-making
· Build and optimize scalable growth systems and processes
Qualifications
· 2+ years of leadership experience in growth, revenue, sales, or marketing roles
· Proven track record of scaling revenue and driving measurable business growth
· Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
· Deep understanding of digital marketing, sales strategy, and customer lifecycle management
· Exceptional communication, relatability and closing abilities
· Experience in Customer retention and web-based leads.
Preferred Skills
· Data-driven decision-making mindset
· Expertise in growth marketing and revenue operations
· Strong understanding of CRM, analytics, and automation tools
· Entrepreneurial thinking with strong commercial acumen
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
· RTO experience preferred but not mandatory.
