About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Founder's Office Business Operations to work closely with the founders across multiple high-growth verticals in a scaling start-ups.
In this role, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution: ensuring that day-to-day operations run seamlessly while driving accountability across teams. You will work across e-commerce, fashion/textile operations, marketing, production, and customer experience. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to take on real responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Operations & Execution
- Support founders in driving day-to-day business operations across multiple functions
- Track ongoing projects, follow-ups, and execution timelines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution across teams
2. E-commerce & Platform Operations
- Manage and optimize backend operations on Shopify
- Monitor product listings, order flow, and operational health of the store
- Support improvements in customer journey and overall platform efficiency
3. Marketing & Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing teams to translate strategic direction into actionable execution
- Track campaign progress, timelines, and performance updates
- Ensure alignment between marketing, product, and operations
4. Production & Supply Chain Support (Fashion/Textile)
- Work closely with production teams to track orders, timelines, and deliveries
- Support coordination across vendors, sampling, and production workflows
- Help maintain smooth execution across the supply chain
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, e-commerce operations, project coordination or similar roles
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, fashion or textile industry workflows
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Shopify is highly preferred
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-scaling start-ups environment
- Strong ownership mindset: you don’t wait for instructions, you drive execution
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with tools like Shopify, Google Suite, etc.

Role Details & Logistics
Location: Bengaluru (BLR) – On-site / Studio-based
