We're looking for Business Operations Analysts!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Partner account onboarding, manage product SKUs, and administer partner offerings
- Processing of Market Development Funds and Global Channel Incentive claims, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and financial accuracy
- Handle marketing budgets, fund allocations, fund requests with accuracy
- Ensure seamless financial tracking, reporting, and billing processes.
- Serve as a key contact for external partners and internal HQ and Sales Teams.
- Provide world-class assistance for Qualcomm's Compute Channel Partners while fostering strong internal relationships with Sales/BD teams.
- Perform additional ad hoc business operations activities from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent Advance Excel Skills; Salesforce certification is a plus.
- Ability to focus on details, multitasking and perform activities timely with quality output.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskills with tools – AI, CRM, Power BI etc.
- Flexible evening calls for business reviews and calls on a regular basis.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible for evening calls (8PM – 11PM IST) for HQ reviews and business calls on regular basis and/or working in shift (2.30pm to 11.30pm) as needed.
- Master's degree in business management, Operations, Analytics, or related experience
