🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce QA professional with strong expertise in Salesforce testing, CPQ, Service Cloud, CRM Analytics (TCRM), and Salesforce platform validation. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in component-level testing, integration testing, Salesforce configurations, and Agile delivery environments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Perform component-level and integration testing for Salesforce applications and enhancements
✅ Validate Salesforce configurations including Profiles, Permission Sets, Page Layout Assignments, Record Types, and Role Hierarchy
✅ Test Salesforce functionalities developed using LWC, Flows, Apex Triggers, and Apex Jobs
✅ Perform data validation and migration testing using Data Loader
✅ Write and validate complex SOQL queries for backend verification
✅ Work with Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, and browser Dev Tools (Console, Network & Performance Tabs)
✅ Validate CRM Analytics (TCRM) dashboards, reports, and datasets
✅ Work on Salesforce CPQ testing scenarios and validation processes
✅ Collaborate with Product Owners, Dev Leads, and stakeholders for requirement analysis and effort estimations
✅ Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and sprint activities
✅ Manage defects and test tracking using Jira (AIO knowledge is a plus)

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Positive mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Experience working directly with business and technical stakeholders
