Sila Solutions Group is looking for a smart, organized, and adaptable early-career professional to join our team in a highly visible Business Operations Associate role.
This position is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of progressive experience who enjoys solving problems, learning new skills, and taking on increasing responsibility. You’ll support key internal business operations while gaining exposure to consulting and client delivery, with the opportunity to grow into a more client-facing role over time.
You’ll work closely with leadership across a variety of areas including operations, recruiting, HR, office management, and events. As you grow, you’ll also have opportunities to develop technical and consulting skills while supporting client initiatives.
This is not a highly siloed role — we’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and excited to jump in wherever needed.
This is an onsite role and will require the candidate to be available to come onsite to our Tukwila office up to five days per week.
