We are looking for a motivated highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP CPQ Technical Consultant with a passion for SAP Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ- technical and Functional), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Service Order Management (SOM). As a CPQ Technical Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in various projects related to 6-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP CPQ, possessing both in-depth knowledge of the system’s technical aspects and a thorough understanding of its functional capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP CPQ solutions, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to drive successful project implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior team members to Manage CPQ development and operation.
- Work with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Conduct research and development to improve Operational SLAs and avoid end user handling issues.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and progress.
Skill Requirements:
- 6-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP CPQ
- Knowledge of SAP Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ- technical and Functional), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Service Order Management (SOM).
- Experience of lean development infrastructure process including Git, Jenkins, and exposure to Continuous Delivery practices
- Understanding of basic programming languages or relevant skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Must Have skills:
1. Strong hands-on technical skills with programming language Iron Python/ Python.
2. Strong hands-on in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions within the SAP CPQ environment.
3. Strong hands-on in configure and customizing SAP CPQ solutions, including creating complex pricing rules, workflows, variant configuration, and product configurations.
4. Good knowledge on integration of CPS (Configurator), CPI with SAP CPQ.
5. Sound knowledge in integrating SAP CPQ with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
6. Basic/Intermediate working experience in SAP BTP and Services
7. Intermediate working experience in SAP CRM and SOM/BRM.
8. Sound knowledge in developing and maintaining technical documentation, including system design, configuration guides, and integration specifications.
9. Strong hands-on technical knowledge in REST API based integration (including authentication/authorization based on oAuth 2.0)
10. Sound knowledge in Object Oriented Programming Principles, Design Patterns, and Software Architecture, especially in new-age Cloud solutions
11. Knowledge of lean development infrastructure process including Git, Jenkins, and exposure to Continuous Delivery practices
