Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant who can own and deliver project tasks with accountability and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering within the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including industry-specific functions.
- Salesforce CPQ & Billing Configuration across product setup, pricing, approvals, ordering, contracting, invoicing, and payments.
- Execute effective processes, methodologies, and configuration standards.
- Perform Quality Assurance and provide sound technical/business advice.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, document user stories, and produce functional design documentation.
- Configure and test CPQ pricing logic (Price Rules, Product Rules, Discount Schedules).
- Support data migration and collaborate on integrations (ERP, payments).
- Plan and support UAT, training, enablement, and go-live readiness.
- Align Q2C processes across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Salesforce implementation experience with CPQ, Billing, or Quote-to-Cash.
- Strong understanding of efficient business processes (sales, order management, renewals).
- Hands-on CPQ configuration: Product Rules, Price Rules, Bundles, Attribute-based configuration, Approval rules.
- Knowledge of Billing concepts: invoices, revenue schedules, payment processing, collections.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data model (Products, Price Books, Quotes, Contracts, Subscriptions, Orders).
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into declarative solutions.
