Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (CPQ) Functional Consultant to join our growing Salesforce practice. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement scalable quote-to-cash solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle
- Design and configure scalable solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level functional support, resolving user issues and guiding adoption
- Lead workshops, UAT sessions, and user training programs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure alignment between functional design and technical implementation
- Create and maintain functional documentation, including:
- Process flows
- User stories
- Use cases
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a:
- Functional Consultant
- Business Analyst
- Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud specialist
- Strong expertise in:
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RA/CPQ)
- Quote-to-Cash processes
- Product bundling and configuration
- Product & Price Rules
- Quote Templates
- Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce configuration (Revenue Cloud Advanced)
- Salesforce Flows (development & testing)
- Excellent:
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to:
- Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements
- Work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong English communication (written & verbal)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working in DevOps environments
- Familiarity with Git-based version control tools
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant (Highly Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (Highly Preferred)
