About the Role
We are looking for an Ad Operations Analyst to join a newly formed, strategically important centralised operations team. This is a data-focused role suited to someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and passionate about turning numbers into actionable insights. You will be responsible for pulling, managing, and automating reports that support decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities
● Work within a centralised ops team to build, maintain, and automate
recurring reports
● Use internal data tools to extract and analyse data, presenting outputs
clearly in Google Sheets, Excel, and PPT
● Flag anomalies before business teams notice them
● Pull and distribute recurring revenue reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for
internal stakeholders
● Help build and deliver periodic performance reports with actionable insights
for internal stakeholders
● Create presentations to communicate findings and performance trends when
required
● Maintain accurate and organised data management practices to support
business tracking
● Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing reporting workflows
● Help prep data for QBRs, exec reviews, and pipeline meetings
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
● Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking
● Good written and verbal communication skills
● Exposure to ad tech or digital advertising is a plus but not required
