About The Role
Join a fast-growing, AI-native Go-To-Market agency in the DACH region that partners with over 200 B2B tech companies. Since its founding, the company has scaled rapidly and works with leading names across the German-speaking tech ecosystem. As a
GTM Engineer, you will own strategic projects from day one, building scalable processes and data pipelines that directly power client outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Design and build automated GTM workflows and processes using tools like n8n and AI models (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT)
- Collect, transform, and visualize data using SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker Studio and Snowflake
- Identify inefficiencies in existing GTM motions and engineer clean, maintainable technical solutions
- Drive strategic projects independently, collaborating closely with internal teams and B2B tech clients
- Apply an AI-native approach to accelerate and improve Go-To-Market execution across the full funnel
What We're Looking For
- AI-native mindset: You actively use AI tools to accelerate your work and are curious about their application in GTM contexts
- Strong data skills: Comfortable with SQL, Python, and BI tooling (Looker Studio, Snowflake) to drive data-informed decisions
- Systems thinker: You proactively spot inefficiencies and design technical solutions built to last
- Language skills: Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken) at a professional level
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a GTM engineering, revenue operations, or marketing technology role
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: €50,000 – €70,000 annually, depending on experience
- Work on high-impact projects within a scaling, AI-first environment
- Collaborative team of 30+ people with a strong track record in the DACH B2B tech space
Location
This is a
hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin. Please note that
