About The Role
Join a B2B go-to-market engineering and automation agency helping clients build operational GTM systems that drive real pipeline — not strategy decks. As a GTM Engineer, you will design, deploy, and continuously optimise signal-driven outbound systems, CRM integrations, and automation workflows that deliver measurable results: meetings booked, replies received, and deals created.
What You'll Do
- Build modular, reusable Clay workflows with clean, sanitised, and persona-segmented data.
- Implement n8n automations connecting CRMs, webhooks, Slack, and other tools into robust pipelines.
- Develop signal infrastructure for job changes, funding alerts, hiring signals, and tech-stack detection to trigger timely outreach.
- Design and iterate outbound sequences with A/B testing, deliverability focus, and continuous optimisation.
- Write scripts and integrate APIs when off-the-shelf tools fall short.
- Use LLMs and prompts cost-efficiently within token limits as part of workflow logic.
- Instrument monitoring and alerting so automations fail loudly and get fixed quickly.
- Document systems clearly so clients and future teams can maintain and extend them.
- Measure outcomes — meetings booked, replies, and pipeline created from your work.
What We're Looking For
Dealbreakers
- Timezone overlap with GMT (±3 hours) — required.
- 3+ years building and delivering end-to-end GTM automation systems for B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on daily experience with Clay and n8n as primary automation tools (minimum 6 months of daily use).
Required
- Experience building end-to-end GTM automation systems: signal-driven outbound, inbound routing, lead scoring, RevOps, and CRM architecture.
- English fluency at C1/C2 level (German is a plus but not required).
- Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and working with LLMs (e.g., Claude) in automation contexts.
- CRM experience with HubSpot or Pipedrive (at least 12 months), including data syncing and lead routing.
Nice To Have
- Clay Power User certification or official Certified Expert status.
- Coding ability in Python or JavaScript; traditional software engineering background (pre-2022 experience preferred).
- Experience with tools such as HeyReach, Instantly, Lemlist, and similar sales/marketing stacks.
- Experience with Claude Code in production-grade automation workflows.
- Obsessive attention to QA, reliability, reusability, and outcome-focused engineering.
