We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist with experience in data operations, CRM management, and reporting support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, supporting sales and marketing operations, managing CRM systems, and working with cross-functional teams to improve data processes and business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain data accuracy, validation, and hygiene across CRM platforms
- Support data management, reporting, and operational workflows
- Work with cross-functional teams to support business and sales operations
- Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies
- Assist with CRM administration tasks in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, and data records
- Support email sequencing and sales engagement operations
- Coordinate with internal teams for process improvement and automation
- Work with external data sources and enrichment tools when required
Required Skills
- Strong experience in data operations, analytics, or CRM management
- Good knowledge of SQL, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Experience with Salesforce administration
- HubSpot administration experience preferred
- Understanding of data quality, validation, and reporting processes
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or lead generation industry
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
- Exposure to data privacy and compliance practices
- Basic understanding of automation or scripting tools is a plus
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in data operations, analytics, or CRM support

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
