Job Description:
Trinamix is seeking an Oracle CPQ Lead Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in the implementation and support of Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their business needs, translating those needs into functional specifications, and ensuring that the CPQ solution aligns with their requirements. The Lead Consultant will also oversee project delivery, mentor team members, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle CPQ solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support for CPQ applications.
- Conduct analysis and optimize CPQ configurations to improve user experience and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CPQ application.
- Develop and maintain documentation for CPQ solutions, including process flows, training materials, and user guides.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide training on best practices for CPQ implementation.
- Stay updated on the latest CPQ trends and technologies.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle CPQ Cloud functionality and implementation methodologies.
- Experience in business process analysis and design.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration tools.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, particularly Oracle applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Relevant Oracle certifications may be preferred.
