We are looking for a Business Operations Associate who will work closely with the Business Head and social media team to support daily operations, team coordination, project execution, and business workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Business Head on day-to-day business operations and execution
- Coordinate with internal teams to track tasks, timelines, deliverables, and pending work
- Follow up with team members and ensure smooth project execution across departments
- Act as a communication bridge between the Business Head and various teams
- Prepare daily updates, reports, summaries, and operational trackers
- Assist in managing workflows, priorities, and operational bottlenecks
- Work closely with the social media and creative teams for campaign coordination and execution
- Support with basic understanding and coordination related to performance marketing campaigns when required
- Ensure accountability, task completion, and operational discipline within the team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong organisational and follow-up abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Good understanding of business operations and team coordination
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup-style environment
- Basic understanding of social media workflows and digital marketing processes
- Familiarity with performance marketing concepts will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Notion, Slack, or project management tools preferred
Experience:
- 6 months to 3-4 years of experience preferred
- Freshers with exceptional communication, ownership mindset, and coordination skills are encouraged to apply
Salary:
Up to ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and skillset)

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys ownership, coordination, execution, and working closely with leadership teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
