The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially-minded and detail-driven Head of Revenue Operations to play a pivotal role in shaping how revenue is managed, governed, and optimised across the business.
Sitting at the intersection of Finance, Data, and Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success), this role will take ownership of revenue operations processes, systems, and standards. You will ensure that revenue data is accurate, consistent, and trusted—enabling better forecasting, planning, and decision-making as the business continues to scale.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role, offering real influence across the organisation, with the authority to drive change and embed best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Own and enforce revenue operations processes and standards across Go-To-Market functions

Develop, document, and maintain process frameworks for revenue operations and CRM usage

Ensure consistent and effective use of core systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong
-
Hold Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams accountable for CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy

Deliver regular training to AEs, SDRs, AMs, and wider teams on best practices

Act as the operational gatekeeper between Go-To-Market activity and Finance forecasting

Reduce downstream reconciliation and manual correction efforts for Finance and Data teams

Manage and optimise the GTM tech stack, driving continuous improvement

Oversee the calculation and administration of commission and incentive plans, including senior stakeholders

Monitor adherence to revenue processes and challenge non-compliance where required

Escalate system or process issues and work with vendors to resolve them
Skills & Experience
-
Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role
-
Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
-
Experience with forecasting processes, pipeline management, and revenue reporting

Ability to design, implement, and enforce operational processes and standards

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity and process improvement

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across Sales, Finance, and Data teams

Experience managing or supporting commission structures and incentive plans

Comfortable operating as an independent, authoritative contributor in a cross-functional environment

Strong communication and training delivery skills
Key Relationships

Reporting into Finance to ensure alignment with forecasting governance and financial discipline

Close partnership with VP Sales & Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Collaboration with the Data Office to align data definitions, models, and reporting structures
