What you will do at Signaturit Group, A Namirial Company π
Sales Process Management:
- Identify friction points within the sales funnel and propose improvements
- Implement and optimize workflows, conversion rates, and collaboration tools
- Allocate accounts and sales territories
- Plan annual sales capacity and targets in collaboration with the CRO
Commission Plan Design:
- Define commission tiers (new business, portfolio, influencers), thresholds, accelerators, and caps
- Scenario modeling: simulate the financial impact of plans under various performance levels
- Deployment: collaborate with HR and the CRO to communicate plans to teams, ensure understanding and buy-in
- Monthly monitoring: validate recorded MRR/ARR in Salesforce, check SQL/opportunity conversions, and trigger payments
- Continuous improvement: identify biases or unintended effects, propose adjustments, and manage quarterly or annual update. Create synergies and avoid silos by collaborating with the global Ops team.

Analysis & Reporting
- Build Salesforce dashboards to track KPIs and support decision-making

- Act as the main point of contact between local teams and the group
- Support sales managers in using tools and analyzing data
Tools & CRM
- Optimize the use of Salesforce and other sales tools
- Propose new software solutions to enhance operational performance
What we believe should contribute to your success in this context π―
Technical Skills:
You have 7+ years of experience as a SalesOps for a B2B Saas company, and an expert in Salesforce.
- Strong command of variable compensation models (quota-based, uncapped, accelerators.)
- Salesforce expertise (reporting, opportunity validation)
- Knowledge of BI and CRM tools
- Ability to structure complex analyses and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Fluent in English and French
Soft Skills :
- Single contributor but able to work in a team
- Cross-functional leadership
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Experience in post-merger integration activities
- Ability to work in multicultural and multi-country environments
- Curiosity, results orientation, and critical thinking
Autonomy & Influence:
- Cross-functional role with impact across Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Product departments
- High level of autonomy in managing complex projects, reporting directly to the Group CRO
