As a GTM-Intern (m/f/d) you will work at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, jumping in in both departments, improve current processes with direct revenue impact and support Smalt in building the perfect partner experience.
What makes this role special? You will work in both teams and get a learning curve that is hard to replicate anywhere else:
50% Partner Sales (2 days / week):
You'll pick up warm inbound calls from end-customers interested in PV, Wärmepumpen, and renovations, helping fill our craft partners' pipelines with qualified leads.
You'll run a light qualification (budget, timeline, property fit) and hand clean leads to the right partner, no cold outbound, no hard convincing.
You'll keep our CRM clean, i.e. every call logged, every lead routed, every next step captured.

Fed patterns from the field, i.e. which objections kill deals, which lead sources convert, where partners hit friction and feed those back into Growth, Product, and Operations
50% Marketing (3 days / week).
You'll own smalt's voice on social - running our Instagram (3 posts / week + stories) and LinkedIn (1 post / week), setting the content strategy yourself, and watching the KPIs you care about move week over week (12 hours).
You will produce content end-to-end: concept, shoot, edit, write, schedule, post- in front of and behind the camera (6 hours).
You will write SEO blog posts. Research, draft, optimize, ship and keep watch on how AI is reshaping search so smalts ranking holds (and grows) as the rules change (3 hours).
You will help us fill our seminars by reaching out tot he partner candidates and topic experts whose stories shape how we talk about the trades (3 hours).
Experience & Skills:

You're in the final stretch of your bachelor or in the gap between bachelor and master (or already pursuing your master), ideally in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field

You've already done at least one internship at a startup or scale-up. You know what it feels like to work without a 50-person playbook

You have demonstrable content creation experience - your own socials, a student-org account, a side project, or a prior internship where you actually produced content (not just supported it)

Native-level German plus working English - you write and speak in a real, natural voice, not a translated one

Comfortable on the phone by choice, not by force - you actually enjoy talking to people

Available for 6 months at ~40 hours / week, Berlin-based or relocating for the duration

Nice to have: short-form video editing chops (CapCut, Reels-native), basic SEO understanding, or your own audience on IG / LinkedIn
