We are an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing healthcare organization with a portfolio of 70+ dental clinics across Canada.
We are looking for a CPA-designated professional who can handle all aspects of financial reporting but is interested in more than a traditional accounting role.
Our group provides an opportunity to step into a high-impact role ranging with direct exposure to financial reporting, operations, corporate finance, and strategic planning, both at the individual business unit as well as corporate level.

1) Financial Reporting
- Prepare financial statements for clinic partners, lenders and tax reporting
- Oversee local & remote bookkeeping team including month and year-end reporting
- Continuously improve reporting processes using data integration and AI tools
2) Operations Management
- Manage AR, AP, bank accounts, procurement and leases
- Work closely with partners on budgeting, forecasting & cost control
- Monitor business performance and develop business strategy
3) Business Development & Corporate Finance
- Support clinic acquisitions & divestitures including transition management
- Facilitate debt and equity capital raising at business unit and corporate level
- Assist with capital allocation and corporate investment decisions
Required Experience & Qualification
- CPA designation with 3-year work experience at reputed accounting firm
- Strong work ethics and highly detailed-oriented candidate
- Self-starter who can thrive in entrepreneurial environment
- Willing to work on variety of tasks to support business needs
- Team player who is willing to learn and mentor others
Compensation
- Salary: Competitive with upside potential and upward mobility

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
