We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic professional for the role of Chief Finance Officer who will work closely with the Managing Director and lead critical business functions of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling complete Finance & Accounts operations of the organization
- Managing company liquidity, fund flow & financial planning
- Coordinating with investors, lenders & financial institutions
- Leading and supervising Operations, Legal & Accounts departments
- Managing vendor relationships, client/partner coordination & business communication
- Ensuring compliance related to GST, TDS, audit & statutory requirements
- Preparing MIS, budgeting, forecasting & management reports
- Supporting business expansion, policy implementation & strategic decision-making
- Driving operational efficiency and strengthening internal controls across departments
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in NBFC industry
- Strong exposure in Finance, Accounts & Operations management
- Experience in investor handling, liquidity management & business strategy
- Strong understanding of legal coordination, compliance & financial controls
- Excellent leadership, communication & decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-responsibility environment
- CS qualification will be an added advantage

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
