As we continue to scale globally, we are seeking a commercially astute Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue strategy across North America, one of our most critical growth markets.
About the Role:
This is a pivotal executive role responsible for building and optimising Minetek’s end-to-end revenue engine across the North American region.
You will lead and align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Pricing functions, ensuring a unified, high-performing commercial strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
The CRO will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes aligned with Minetek’s global growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute holistic revenue strategies across sales, marketing, and customer success functions
- Own and deliver revenue growth targets, including forecasting, pricing strategy, and profitability optimisation
- Lead and align cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the go-to-market strategy
- Identify and expand into new markets, customer segments, and revenue opportunities
- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships, ensuring lifecycle management from acquisition through to retention and expansion
- Establish and drive performance metrics, KPIs, and accountability frameworks across all revenue streams
- Analyse performance data across commercial functions to optimise revenue outcomes and ROI
- Partner with product and leadership teams to influence commercial strategy, pricing, and market positioning
- Lead the implementation of a consistent “Minetek Way” sales methodology to enhance productivity and scalability
- Develop and coach high-performing commercial teams through training, capability uplift, and leadership development
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience developing and executing holistic revenue strategies across sales, marketing, and customer success functions
- Strong track record in delivering revenue growth targets, forecasting, pricing strategy, and profitability optimisation
- Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies effectively
- Experience identifying and expanding into new markets, customer segments, and revenue opportunities
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level customer relationships across the full customer lifecycle
- Strong analytical capability with experience using performance metrics, KPIs, and data insights to drive commercial outcomes
- Experience partnering with product and leadership teams on commercial strategy, pricing, and market positioning
- Proven leadership capability in implementing scalable sales methodologies and uplifting team performance
- Strong coaching and leadership experience, with the ability to develop high-performing commercial teams
