We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented Business Operations Manager to help WoundZoom operate more effectively by supporting business operations, customer deployment coordination, and leadership execution.

Position Overview
The Business Operations Manager will act as an operational partner to the CEO and leadership team, helping improve execution across the business while supporting customer onboarding and deployment efforts.
This role combines business operations, implementation coordination, project management, and executive execution support to ensure internal teams stay aligned and customer rollouts are smooth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and excited about helping a growing healthcare SaaS company scale.
Responsibilities
Business Operations & Executive Support
- Partner with the CEO to improve execution across company priorities
- Coordinate internal meetings, action items, project follow-up, and operational workflows
- Help maintain company operating rhythms including KPI tracking, leadership updates, and business reporting
- Support vendor coordination, contracts, documentation, benefits coordination and administrative business operations
- Track priorities and ensure accountability across cross-functional teams
Customer Deployment & Onboarding
· Coordinate customer onboarding and implementation activities and KPI’s
· Partner with sales, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure successful deployments
· Manage onboarding timelines, checklists, training schedules, and customer communications
· Maintain implementation documentation and deployment status tracking
· Identify blockers and proactively drive resolution during implementations
- Cross-Functional Operations
· Improve internal workflows and operational processes as WoundZoom scales
· Assist with CRM hygiene, reporting, and operational dashboards
· Support sales and marketing operational coordination including webinars, customer communications, and event logistics
· Product expertise through use case development and product testing
· Build repeatable systems that improve speed, consistency, and accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, startup operations, project coordination, customer onboarding, implementation, healthcare operations, or similar
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong project management and follow-through capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable interacting with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM, spreadsheets, project management tools, and business systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare or healthcare SaaS experience
- Customer onboarding or implementation experience
- Startup experience in a high-growth environment
- Experience supporting executive operations or business operations
Salary Range: $70K to $85K based on experience
