About FintechOS
FintechOS is the AI platform for financial product operations. Credit unions and banks use it to launch and change lending, account-opening, and servicing journeys without replacing their core.
The platform sits on top of the core an institution already runs and alongside its CRM, bringing together financial data models, workflows, and pre-built integrations. Solutions are delivered with systems integrator partners.
FintechOS is expanding in the US, starting with credit unions and community banks. You will join the founding US team and help build the playbook rather than inherit one.
The opportunity
We are looking for a Vice President, Go-to-Market, US to lead new-customer growth across a focused group of credit unions and community banks.
You will own the US new-logo bookings target and lead an integrated go-to-market strategy spanning direct sales, business development, channel partnerships, and implementation alliances.
This is a hands-on executive role for a commercial leader who can build a high-performing team, advance strategic opportunities, activate a partner ecosystem, and turn early market success into a repeatable growth engine.
What you will do
- Own new-logo growth across a focused portfolio of US credit unions and community banks.
- Hire, develop, and lead the US go-to-market team across enterprise sales, business development, and channels.
- Build account plans and executive relationships within priority financial institutions.
- Establish disciplined opportunity qualification, deal reviews, and evidence-based forecasting using MEDDPICC or an equivalent methodology.
- Lead strategic opportunities from executive discovery and value alignment through commercial negotiation and close.
- Build co-sell programs with core technology, processing, and financial services technology partners.
- Recruit and manage systems integrators that can deliver high-quality US implementations.
- Define partner tiers, enablement requirements, performance expectations, and rules of engagement between direct sales and channel teams.
- Establish joint account planning, deal registration, and pipeline review processes with partners.
- Build the US business development motion and create a repeatable sales playbook based on wins, losses, objections, and market feedback.
- Partner with Marketing on account-based programs, industry events, content, and joint partner activity.
- Work with Customer Success and Solutions leadership to incorporate hands-on solution validation into late-stage opportunities.
- Ensure new customers transition successfully into implementation with outcomes, scope, stakeholders, executive sponsors, and commitments clearly documented.
- Bring customer and market insight into product, solution, and go-to-market planning.
What you bring
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales leadership, strategic partnerships, or a combination of both.
- At least five years of experience in US financial services technology.
- A strong record of delivering new-logo bookings with US credit unions, community banks, or banks.
- Experience hiring, ramping, coaching, and managing enterprise Account Executives.
- Demonstrated success building direct and partner-led sales motions.
- Experience creating co-sell programs with core technology providers, processing platforms, or other financial technology companies.
- The ability to measure partner contribution through sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, conversion, and bookings.
- Experience recruiting and managing systems integrators responsible for implementation delivery, not only product resale.
- Established relationships across the US credit union and community banking ecosystem.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles involving business, technology, risk, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong skills in forecasting, pipeline management, commercial negotiation, and executive communication.
- A builder’s mindset and the ability to operate effectively in an expanding US organization.
Experience that would set you apart
- Knowledge of lending or deposit origination, digital account opening, servicing, or financial product operations.
- Familiarity with financial services CRM platforms and their consulting and application ecosystems.
- Experience building partner marketing programs and leading an industry conference presence.
- A strong understanding of the operational and technology priorities of US credit unions and community banks.
- Experience establishing a new regional go-to-market organization or introducing an enterprise software platform into the US market.
How success will be measured
- Delivery against the US new-logo bookings plan.
- Growth and progression of qualified pipeline across priority accounts.
- Forecast accuracy and consistent opportunity qualification.
- Successful hiring and ramping of the US go-to-market team.
- Measurable pipeline and bookings contribution from partners.
- Development of a capable systems integration network that meets agreed delivery standards.
- Creation of a repeatable, evidence-based US sales playbook.
