We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations & Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our European business.
This role focuses on execution and coordination, ensuring smooth processes across operations, finance, and administration. The position is suitable for a junior profile, but requires strong reliability, accuracy, and a hands-on mindset.

2. Key Responsibilities
Operations & Order Coordination
- Support daily order processing and internal coordination
- Track incoming goods and assist with release procedures
- Maintain accurate operational data and documentation
- Coordinate between sales, warehouse, and finance teams

Financial & Administrative Support
- Assist with payment execution and tracking
- Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and financial documents
- Support basic bookkeeping preparation (e.g., DATEV interface)
- Maintain structured and transparent financial records

Compliance & Documentation
- Support preparation of documents for authorities, certifications, and compliance filings
- Assist in contract preparation and document management
- Coordinate with external partners (tax advisors, banks, service providers)

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational training (business administration, finance, or similar)
