What you'll do
- Own enterprise pipeline from outreach to deal closure
- Drive GTM strategy across EMEA — identify verticals, build playbooks, run commercial negotiations
- Work directly with the Founders Office on revenue strategy and key accounts
- Leverage AI to build outbound sequences and sales assets
- Collaborate with product teams to shape EMEA positioning
Who you are
- AI-first mindset: you're comfortable using AI to leverage opportunities across research, writing, and outreach
- Owns the customer experience end-to-end: from first touchpoint to closure
- Grit and determination - you find a way, you don't wait for a playbook
- Excellent communicator with boardroom-level presence
- Comfortable selling complex, technical products to non-technical buyers
- MIM or MBA graduates from London Business School are strongly encouraged to apply
Good to have
- 2–5 years in B2B / enterprise sales, GTM, or a high-velocity startup
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience selling AI, SaaS, or automation into enterprise accounts
- EMEA network in BFSI, retail, or manufacturing
Compensation £30,000–£80,000 base + performance upside, depending on profile and experience
