About Us
We are a growing service-based company operating within janitorial, facility services, property maintenance, and operational support industries. As our company continues to scale and expand, we are seeking an experienced Fractional / Revolving CFO to support our financial strategy and growth initiatives.This role is ideal for a seasoned financial professional who can provide high-level strategic guidance without requiring a full-time executive position.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership and advisory support
- Assist with cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting
- Review and improve financial reporting processes
- Support ownership with operational and growth planning
- Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence activities
- Analyze company performance and financial KPIs
- Support banking relationships and financing discussions
- Work alongside accounting and operations teams to improve efficiencies
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO, Fractional CFO, or senior financial executive
- Strong experience in service-based industries preferred:
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Janitorial / Facility Services
- Pest Control
- Property Services
- Similar operational businesses
- Mergers & acquisitions experience is considered a strong asset
- Strong financial analysis and leadership skills
- Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and operational reporting
- CPA designation is an asset
