About the Role -
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Pipeline Manager to lead and optimise outbound sales pipeline operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a predictable prospecting engine, driving sales accountability through data and analytics, and collaborating closely with marketing and sales leadership to improve conversion across the funnel. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining strategy, analytics, sales operations, and process optimisation to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Ownership & Management
Own and manage the outbound sales pipeline as a scalable system.
Drive prospecting efficiency through structured targeting, sequencing, cadence management, and ICP refinement.
Ensure pipeline consistency and predictability across sales initiatives. Sales Operations & Analytics
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and pipeline tracking systems. Monitor conversion metrics, funnel performance, and sales KPIs
. Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Establish performance metrics that drive accountability and operational excellence. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing and Senior Sales teams to align messaging and campaign targeting
. Improve lead handoff processes between marketing and sales teams.
Support segmentation strategies and outbound campaign optimisation. Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and recommend process enhancements.
Implement best practices for outbound sales operations and pipeline management. Ensure CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and process discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
3 to 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Development, or Pipeline Management.
Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and lead generation strategies.
Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales environments.
Knowledge of funnel analytics, sales automation, and prospecting tools.
Understanding of ICP development and market segmentation strategies.
