About the Role:
Edysor.ai is an AI-driven SaaS company looking for an experienced Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s sales and go-to-market strategy.
- Drive revenue growth for SaaS and AI-based products.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team.
- Manage enterprise sales cycles and close high-value deals.
- Expand into national and international markets.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in SaaS or IT.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, enterprise deals, and global markets.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
