About Perceptyx
At Perceptyx, we’re on a mission to help organizations turn employee insights into measurable impact. Our AI-enabled employee experience platform leverages the science of listening, behavioral nudges, and predictive analytics to help clients elevate engagement, retention, and performance. We’re a team of innovators fueled by purpose, collaboration, and excellence — and we’re looking for someone who wants to play at the highest level.
The Role
The Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations owns the data infrastructure, operational processes, and incentive compensation programs that drive predictable, scalable revenue across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. This role exists to design and govern the GTM systems, forecasting frameworks, and compensation mechanics that give Perceptyx leadership consistent visibility into revenue performance — and to ensure the right behaviors are rewarded across the full revenue organization.
What You’ll Do
- Salesforce Architecture & Visibility: Own Salesforce as the single source of revenue record. Consolidate data sources, eliminate reporting conflicts, and enable real-time visibility without the need for ad-hoc requests.
- Data Governance & Analytics: Define and govern a company-wide data dictionary and reporting hierarchy that eliminates duplicate, conflicting, or shadow metrics across the business. Build and manage Tableau dashboards and Salesforce reporting that deliver consistent, self-serve analytics to Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance leaders.
- Executive & Board Reporting: Design and maintain an enterprise KPI package covering all revenue-critical metrics, delivering data on a consistent cadence to senior leadership and the board. Translate revenue data into executive-ready narratives and QBR packages.
- Global Forecasting & Process Standardization: Design and operationalize a global forecasting framework standardizing how all regions and segments submit, review, and communicate weekly/monthly revenue forecasts. Standardize sales processes, stage definitions, exit criteria, and required field logic to improve forecast accuracy.
- Incentive Compensation & SPIFF Governance: Build and manage incentive compensation programs for all revenue-facing roles to ensure alignment with desired GTM behaviors. Automate commission calculations and reporting, design and enforce a standardized margin-protecting SPIFF framework, and own transparent, auditable dispute resolution workflows.
- Customer Success Infrastructure: Build CS visibility infrastructure—including dashboards tracking health scores, at-risk accounts, and renewal pipelines—unified within Salesforce to enable proactive churn mitigation and expansion.
- Revenue Intelligence: Identify leading indicators of revenue risk or opportunity and proactively surface them to leadership before they manifest in lagging metrics. Serve as a cross-functional revenue intelligence resource connecting Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5–7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a GTM analytics function within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Salesforce Technical Depth: Advanced Salesforce proficiency with a proven track record building reports, flows, validation rules, and data structures (Salesforce Admin certification a plus).
- Compensation & SPIFF Design: Hands-on experience designing and managing incentive compensation programs, plan mechanics, automated calculations, and commission dispute tracking.
- Analytics & Data Warehousing: Advanced Tableau or equivalent BI tool experience building executive-grade dashboards. Strong data modeling instincts with comfort in BigQuery, Snowflake, or a comparable data warehouse environment.
- Tech Stack Familiarity: Experience utilizing GTM tools such as Outreach, 6sense, LeanData, or similar platforms.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate complex revenue data into crisp narratives tailored for a CRO or CFO.
- Attributes: High integrity, collaborative mindset, and a willingness to work across teams of diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and functions.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (4-year) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
