Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. The CRO will lead the development and execution of revenue generation strategies, oversee sales operations, and manage key account relationships. The role includes spearheading lead generation efforts, driving strategic sales initiatives, and developing plans to meet and exceed growth objectives. The CRO will collaborate closely with other executives to align revenue goals with organizational success while creating long-term value for clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Lead Generation and developing strategic approaches to drive new business opportunities.
- Extensive experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong expertise in Sales and the ability to lead teams to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Capabilities in Strategic Planning and creating comprehensive strategies to align with company growth objectives.
- Proficiency in Sales Operations, including pipeline management and the optimization of sales processes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration and growth among teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Experience in the payments, fintech, or technology sectors is a strong advantage.
