The current finance capability is strong operationally; what's needed now is an executive who can lead from the front.
You will:
- Drive the next capital raise and act as a true financial thought-partner to the CEO and Board
- Build and lead the finance function as the company scales
- Own a broad mandate spanning finance, legal, compliance, IP and equity, across multiple jurisdictions
You'll likely bring senior finance leadership from a venture-backed, R&D-intensive business, hands-on fundraising experience, cross-border (incl. US) expertise, and the gravitas to operate at Board level while rolling up your sleeves.
