Team Lead – Deal Desk
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Deal Desk Specialists in the execution of Deal Desk services, including delegation andreview where applicable
- Collaborate with Deal Desk stakeholders and other support teams to ensure the Deal Deskdelivers an exceptional broker experience and effectively collaborates with all business partnersin the delivery of services
- Active participation in deal-related production
- Lead, coach, train, and develop Specialist, including completion of performance evaluations
- Collaborate with technology partners to identify, implement, and maintain automation/dataanalysis solutions to support Deal Desk's operations (e.g. UiPath Process Mining)
- Conduct root cause analyses on process failures to identify issue(s), craft recommendations, andpresent findings and solutions to Deal Desk and Operational Leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, etc.) preferred
- 10+ years of deal desk, order management or sales order processing experience
- Proven track record of completing tasks according to SLAs or in accordance to a set of quality standards
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy e.g exposure to BI Tools Tableau, Power BI etc
- Proven experience in building Power BI dashboards and visualizations aligned with business needs
- Experience improving processes and procedures to drive standardization and improve efficiency and quality
- Experience leading teams and contributing to the professional development of junior team members
- Demonstrated ability to independently execute tasks and resolve conflicts as they arise
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong English communication (written, oral) and customer service skills; ability to effectively communicate with the Americas-based Team
- Team-player capable of building strong working relationships with India team and Onshore team.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts including North America hours.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Workday, or other Accounting/Customer Relationship Management software
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate industry a plus
- Working Hours - Rotational shift 4PM to 1AM IST and 7 PM to 4 AM IST shifts
