PakFactory is a custom packaging platform serving brands across North America. We're pivoting toward a platform model, moving up-market into growth brands and enterprise accounts, and rebuilding our go-to-market engine to match.
We're hiring a Sales Operations & Strategy Lead to architect and run the engine behind our sales team. You'll partner with our Sales Manager — they own the people, coaching, and the number; you own the system: the funnel, process, tooling, data, automation, and strategy. This isn't a "fix the CRM" job. It's a build-the-revenue-engine job. The title grows into Head of Revenue Operations as the impact does.

What we're really hiring for
These three are non-negotiable. If all three are true of you, we want to talk:
- You've done this before. You've built or rebuilt a sales operation, designed funnels for more than one customer segment, and launched a CRM people actually used.
- You're an AI-native orchestrator. You don't just use ChatGPT to draft emails — you've shipped AI-powered workflows that replace, augment, or surface decisions across the revenue stack.
- You partner well with sales leaders. The Sales Manager is your closest collaborator, not your subordinate or boss. You bring the system; they bring the team. Ego-light, outcome-heavy.
What you'll do
- Own the revenue system end to end — lead capture through new revenue, repeat revenue, and account expansion
- Build multi-funnel architecture for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
- Define sales process and methodology: stage definitions, qualification frameworks, playbooks, proposal templates
- Own the CRM as a product — pipeline hygiene, automation, and integrations (Zoho Books, marketing, ops)
- Ship AI across the sales motion: lead scoring, conversation intelligence, follow-up, forecasting, coaching insights
- Build dashboards, forecasting, and unit economics for the Sales Manager and CEO
- Design compensation and incentive plans with the Sales Manager and Finance
- Get in the field — client meetings, discovery calls, and live deals, sometimes carrying the deal yourself
- Build the enterprise motion: ABM, multi-threaded selling, RFP response, executive engagement
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in sales/revenue operations or sales strategy, with 2+ in a senior IC or lead role
- Hands-on, admin-level CRM ownership (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Experience building or rebuilding funnels for more than one customer segment
- Comfort with sales analytics: cohort analysis, funnel conversion, CAC/LTV, forecasting
- A shipped track record applying AI tools to sales workflows
- B2B mid-market and enterprise experience (packaging/manufacturing/platform a plus, not required)
- Bias to action — you build, ship, iterate
