Your mission

We’re looking for a Business Operations Apprentice to join Mindflow as soon as possible and become a key operational partner across Finance, HR/People Ops, SalesOps and automation.

This is an apprenticeship, but with strong expectations: you will not be limited to support tasks. You will work closely with the founders and current owner of the scope, run a structured handover, and progressively take ownership of critical processes that keep the company running smoothly.

Your goal is simple: learn fast, document clearly, execute reliably, automate what can be automated, and progressively own the full scope by the end of the apprenticeship.

What You Will Own Progressively

Finance operations: cash follow-up, supplier/customer tracking, accounting coordination, reporting, business plan preparation, forecasting / cash runway analysis, financing/subsidy files and board/investor preparation.
People Ops administration: contracts admin, onboarding/offboarding checklists, payroll coordination, expenses, compensation data follow-up, employee file maintenance and day-to-day administrative reliability.
SalesOps / RevOps: HubSpot pipeline hygiene, data quality, imports, enrichment, dashboards, reporting and commercial process support.
Internal automation: identify manual work, build/improve automations with Mindflow, and maintain reliable internal workflows.
Handover & documentation: capture existing processes, improve them where possible, and make the scope scalable.

This role is ideal if you want an apprenticeship with real ownership, high exposure and a steep learning curve in a fast-growing AI startup.

Profil recherché

Must-have

You are looking for an apprenticeship and can start as soon as possible.
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Very high reliability: when you take a topic, it moves forward.
Ability to handle confidential Finance / SalesOps topics with maturity.
Fast learner, comfortable with tools, data, spreadsheets and automation.
Clear written communication and strong documentation habits.
Strong ownership mindset: you like understanding the “why”, not only executing the task.
Comfortable switching between hands-on admin, structured analysis and process improvement.

Nice-to-have

Previous internship or project experience in Finance, Operations, SalesOps, RevOps, consulting, startup environments or automation.
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Pennylane, Payfit, spreadsheets, Notion, Slack or no-code/automation platforms.
Interest in AI, cybersecurity, SaaS, startup finance or company operations.
French working proficiency for local admin topics; English proficiency for company-wide documentation and communication.
