ABOUT THE ROLE
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for an On-site Entry-Level Business Operations Associate. This role focuses on supporting daily business operations, improving internal processes, maintaining operational records, and helping teams achieve organizational goals efficiently.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, organizational skills, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support day-to-day business and operational activities
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
- Assist with workflow coordination and process tracking
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates
- Monitor operational performance and key metrics
- Coordinate with multiple departments on projects and initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
- Assist with data analysis and reporting activities
- Support meetings, scheduling, and administrative processes
- Track project deadlines and operational deliverables
- Help implement process improvements and best practices
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Operations, Finance, or related field)
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, operations, or support roles
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in an on-site environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Internship or entry-level business experience
