Required Skills & Experience:
-Bachelors Degree required
-5+ years experience as an Operations Analyst or Sales Operations Analyst or Business Operations Analyst
-Experience working in the semiconductor industry
-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables and v look ups)
-Experience supporting sales and business side operations
-Data analysis, and collection experience for reporting and forecasting
-Working experience with P&L, cost center ownership (the financial impacts to the business)
-Not a supply chain background
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
-Previous engineering experience in a Semiconductor fabrication plant
-Experience in forecasting and planning for headcount/workforce additions
Day-to-day:
A semiconductor company in Austin, Texas is looking for an Operations Analyst to join their team. This person will be doing workforce planning and analyzing the overall business. They will help calculate headcount needs then decide the headcount that is required and send to HR. The candidate should have direct experience within semiconductor industry. This person needs strong analytical skills and should be very strong with Excel (advanced Excel skills) to be able to properly forecast workforce planning and summarize reports.
Compensation: W2 only
$45.00/hour to $65.00/hour
