Senior Manager, Business Operations to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.
The Senior Manager, Business Operations is a key strategic leadership position dedicated to enhancing process efficiency and guiding a high-volume Operations team toward operational excellence. Serving as a vital partner across the business, you will spearhead essential projects and propel strategic initiatives. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and forward-thinking leader to join our team.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:
- Lead a team of Managers, Supervisors, Associates and/or Analysts who are responsible for the Operational tasks within Customer Operations including managing setup, QA, launch and supporting sales and account management activities across all verticals in both managed and self-service capacities.
- Provide 1:1 coaching, performance management and professional development to all team members to achieve team and company goals
- Foster and maintain a performance-driven team culture, driving continuous improvements with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, and advocating for AC resources and optimizations
- Help drive and execute the team’s vision and OKRs
- Help further define role expectations and career pathing for the team
- Assist Business Operations Director in business case analysis and strategic planning to advocate for team resources
- Oversee day-to-day management of Operations talent pipeline, budget, desk assignments, and agendas for team meetings including Weekly Standups and ad hoc meetings as needed
- Oversee day-to-day management of launch volume including monitoring daily, weekly and monthly launch volume to recommend adjustments to staffing and assignments
- Act as Operations stakeholder for company-wide initiatives, identifying needs and driving execution
- Remove roadblocks, streamline communication and drive efficiencies between Operations and cross-functional teams across the organization
- Partner within Customer Operations to ensure you have the data needed to effectively manage your team and to enhance internal offer set up new and continuous training
- Effectively and skillfully manage organizational change including adopting and rolling out new processes and tools
- Participate in an on-call rotation and provide coverage after hours as needed to support business-critical operations.

What we are looking for:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5 + years of internal operations experience, including 1+ year of people management preferred
- Technical Skills: Ability to make inferences from a variety of data sources such as Salesforce and take appropriate action, experience with workflow management tools, lean six sigma certification is a plus
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and driven with the ability to motivate a large team
- Track record of leading scalable process improvements
- Project management experience, excel at juggling multiple projects at once
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to make judgment calls based on the needs of the business

Additional Details:
- This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
- Base compensation range: $80,000 - $90,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
