About the Role :
Housing.com is looking for a high-impact business leader to head its Inside Sales & Revenue Operations charters spanning DIY and Broker businesses nationally. The role combines business leadership with operational depth, with responsibility for shaping the growth strategy, driving revenue outcomes, building high-quality customer experience and creating scalable operational foundations across a large distributed inside-sales ecosystem spanning multiple business lines and operating locations.
The DIY business focuses on monetization of individual property owners and property seekers through a combination of self-serve digital journeys and assisted inside-sales engagement, offering paid advertising, visibility and concierge solutions designed to improve discovery, lead generation and transaction outcomes on the platform.
The Broker business focuses on acquisition, servicing and renewals of real-estate brokers for Housings advertising and subscription offerings through a high-touch inside-sales model. The charter involves managing multiple operating motions across acquisition, monetization, relationship management and renewals, while leading large, distributed teams, outsourced partner ecosystems and complex day-to-day business operations.
Beyond driving immediate business outcomes, the role also requires building the governance frameworks, operating rigor, leadership capability and process foundations needed to scale the business sustainably over the long term. We are looking for a leader who combines strong business orientation with deep execution capability - someone who is comfortable operating hands-on in a fast-paced environment while also thinking strategically about organizational design, productivity improvement, operational scalability and stakeholder alignment.
What does this role hold for you ?
Revenue & Business Ownership :
- Own monthly, quarterly and annual business delivery across the Inside Sales charter
- Drive revenue growth, productivity improvement, conversion efficiency and customer retention
- Manage funnel performance across acquisition, monetization and renewal workflows
- Drive operating rigor through structured governance, performance tracking and execution reviews
- Build scalable frameworks to improve productivity, quality and customer experience
Operations & Execution Leadership :
- Lead day-to-day operations across distributed inside-sales teams (500+) and partner locations
- Drive operational discipline across staffing, productivity, quality, process adherence and service delivery.
- Build strong governance mechanisms and operating rhythms to ensure consistent execution across locations
- Balance short-term business delivery with long-term process and capability building
- Drive operational problem-solving across people, process, systems and workflow challenges
Partner & Vendor Management :
- Lead governance across multiple outsourced operating partners and distributed center ecosystems
- Own partner performance management across :
1. Staffing and hiring plans
2. Productivity and quality governance
3. Operational reviews
4. Incentive structures
5. Billing and commercials
6. Capacity planning
7. Compliance and process adherence
- Participate in commercial discussions and contract negotiations where required
- Build strong accountability and execution discipline across partner teams
Strategic & Cross-functional Leadership :
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, HR and Strategy teams to drive business growth and operational scale
- Drive strategic initiatives across pricing, packaging, client promotions, incentive constructs and sales campaigns to improve funnel performance, conversion and monetization
- Work closely with Product & Tech teams to build and optimize CRM workflows, customer journeys, communication lifecycles and lead management frameworks
- Build stronger analytics, reporting and operational visibility to enable faster and sharper business decision-making
- Drive adoption of AI-led workflows, automation and intelligent operating systems to improve productivity, customer experience and operational scalability across the ecosystem
- Influence long-term operating model, organizational design, process standardization and execution excellence initiatives across the business
Team & Leadership Management :
- Lead and develop on-roll and off-roll leadership teams across functions and locations
- Build a strong culture of ownership, accountability and execution excellence
- Drive leadership hiring, capability building and succession planning
- Improve governance depth and managerial capability across the organization
- Coach teams to operate effectively in a high-performance, high-accountability environment.

Apply if you have :
- 12 - 16 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in Inside Sales, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or scaled sales ecosystems
- Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering aggressive business targets
- Experience managing distributed operations and outsourced partner ecosystems preferred
- Prior experience in internet, marketplaces, consumer-tech, fintech, SaaS, telecom or high-growth sales-driven organizations preferred.
