We're Hiring: Growth & Revenue Operations Manager
At Songdew, we are building products and services that help independent musicians distribute, promote and grow their music careers.
Our subscription business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Growth & Revenue Operations Manager who can help us scale the engine behind subscription sales.
This is not a conventional sales role.
You will work at the intersection of sales operations, customer journeys, CRM, marketing automation and business analytics to ensure that every artist who shows interest in Songdew gets the right communication, at the right time, through the right channel.
What you will own
• Lead allocation and lead routing
• CRM hygiene and data discipline
• Lead nurturing programmes
• Email journeys and automation
• WhatsApp journeys and campaigns
• Sales reporting and dashboards
• Conversion tracking and funnel analysis
• Building and maintaining objection repositories
• Creating sales playbooks and SOPs
• Sales enablement content
• Weekly sales reviews and action tracking
• Training support for sales teams
What we are looking for
• 2–6 years of experience in Growth, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM or Marketing Automation
• Strong understanding of customer funnels and conversion metrics
• Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
• Ability to create processes and ensure adherence
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• A bias for action and an obsession with improving conversions
