Assistant Athletic Director Business Operations
The University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX seeks an Assistant Athletic Director Business Operations to join the Athletics Department. Position is responsible for long-range financial planning, and oversight of the day-to-day business operations of UIW Athletics. This role serves as the department leader on fiscal policies and processes, in adherence to the University's standards and practices. In addition to financial management, the Assistant Athletic Director/Business & Finance will have oversight responsibility for all Athletics' Human Resources and Information Technology matters. The Assistant Athletic Director Business Operations reports to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Administration.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field.
- Five (5) years of professional financial and/or budgetary experience working with complex systems. Note that one(1) year of additional relevant education in financial field will be considered for up to one (1) year of required experience.
- Two (2) years of lead or supervisory responsibilities in this field.
