About the Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead global revenue growth, new logo acquisition, market expansion, and commercial strategy for a rapidly growing services organization.
This is a board-facing executive leadership role responsible for defining and executing the company's go-to-market strategy, building strategic partnerships, creating new revenue streams, and driving enterprise sales across global markets.
We are specifically looking for a hunter-first leader, not an operations or delivery executive.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Own and drive global revenue growth strategy.
- Build and execute aggressive new-logo acquisition programs.
- Develop multi-year GTM and expansion plans across international markets.
- Create new revenue streams and service offerings.
Enterprise Sales Leadership
- Personally engage with C-level executives across Fortune 500 and large enterprise clients.
- Lead large and complex sales pursuits from qualification through closure.
- Drive high-value outsourcing, managed services, digital transformation, AI, CX, BPM, BPO, and GCC opportunities.
- Build executive relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
Commercial Strategy
- Define pricing, commercial models, and growth strategies.
- Lead strategic partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem development.
- Collaborate with Board, CEO, and executive leadership on long-term growth initiatives.
Organization Building
- Build and scale high-performing sales and business development teams.
- Establish revenue governance, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales excellence frameworks.
- Mentor senior sales leaders and regional growth teams.
