Role Description As a GTM Engineer at ProjectExp.ai, you will work on-site full-time in Montreal, QC, collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to design and implement technical go-to-market solutions. You will translate customer requirements and internal strategies into scalable configurations of our AI agents, including integrations with marketing tools, CRMs, and data sources. Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining GTM workflows, analyzing campaign performance data, and recommending technical optimizations that improve pipeline generation and conversion. You will support sales and customer success teams with proof-of-concept setups, technical demos, and troubleshooting implementation issues. You will also contribute to product feedback loops, helping prioritize features that unlock new GTM motions and drive adoption.
Qualifications
- Experience designing and implementing technical solutions to support go-to-market or revenue operations (e.g., configuring workflows, funnels, and automation).
- Hands-on experience with marketing and sales technology tools (such as CRMs, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, or data pipelines).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable improvements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales, and marketing) and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, experimental environment with evolving processes and priorities.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, marketing technology, or revenue operations is an asset.
- Familiarity or interest in AI, automation, and data-driven marketing approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
