Role Description This is a full-time, on-site GTM Sales & Marketing role based in Montreal, QC. The role involves driving go-to-market execution by identifying and qualifying prospects, managing a sales pipeline, and conducting product demos tailored to the needs of modern eCommerce and SaaS businesses. You will collaborate with marketing to plan and execute campaigns, refine messaging, and develop sales collateral that clearly communicates IncentivPay’s value proposition. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, gathering feedback to inform product and positioning, and supporting onboarding and training for new clients to ensure successful adoption. You will also analyze funnel performance, report on key KPIs, and work closely with leadership to iterate on GTM strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to present complex concepts simply.
- Customer-facing capabilities in Customer Service and Training, with experience guiding clients through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support.
- Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing in a B2B environment.
- Background in Sales Management or sales operations, such as managing pipelines, forecasting, and using CRM tools effectively.
- Experience in GTM or revenue-focused Marketing, ideally in SaaS, eCommerce, or fintech, is highly beneficial.
- Data-informed approach to decisions, with the ability to interpret metrics, run basic funnel analyses, and iterate based on performance.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; proactive, accountable, and collaborative working style.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional proficiency in English; French language skills are an asset for the Montreal market.
