ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to support our U.S. sales organization. This role will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams globally to drive operational excellence, improve sales productivity, and support revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting global sales teams and be comfortable working within U.S. business processes, reporting requirements, and sales methodologies. Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Operations & Process Management
- Support and optimize sales processes aligned with U.S. sales operations standards and best practices
- Manage lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close workflows across the sales funnel
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and sales governance frameworks
- Partner with U.S.-based Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure operational alignment
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase sales efficiency and scalability
Salesforce CRM Administration
- Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM for the sales organization
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company reporting standards
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, workflows, validation rules, and automation
- Monitor CRM adoption and provide support to sales users
- Manage lead routing, account assignments, territory structures, and opportunity management processes
LinkedIn Sales Navigator Management
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support account-based prospecting and lead generation initiatives
- Provide market intelligence and account insights to sales leadership
Sales Analytics & Reporting
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for U.S. leadership teams
- Track key performance metrics including pipeline generation, conversion rates, win rates, sales cycle duration, and quota attainment
- Create executive dashboards and business reviews for leadership stakeholders
- Deliver actionable insights to improve sales performance and forecasting accuracy
Forecasting & Revenue Operations
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting processes
- Analyze pipeline health and identify forecast risks and opportunities
- Assist with territory planning, account segmentation, and quota allocation
Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Support
- Assist with onboarding and training of sales representatives on systems and processes
- Act as a key liaison between U.S. leadership and operational teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or CRM Administration
- Experience supporting U.S.-based sales teams or global sales organizations
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce CRM administration, reporting, and analytics
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account research and sales intelligence
- Strong understanding of SaaS/B2B sales processes and pipeline management
