Job Summary
To manage all reporting and tracking of sales metrics, including the implementation of KPIs, and ensure the timely delivery of periodic reports for a large vertical or regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. To Lead The Design, Development, And Execution Of Sales Mis Systems And Dashboards, Accountable For Sales Governance Processes.
2. To Conduct Advance Level Analysis Of Sales Performance, Manage Metrics, And Ensure Alignment With Strategic Goals.
3. To Oversee The Establishment And Adherence To Governance Structures And Kpi Consistency.
4. To Direct And Optimize The Sales Pipeline With Strategic Insights And Improvements.
5. To Lead The Design, Development, And Tracking Of Strategic Sales Initiatives; Drive Productivity Assessments And Corrective Actions.
6. To Coordinate With Internal Teams To Ensure Adherence To Targets, Update Crm, And Align Requirements For Mis Development.
