Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Support Specialist to provide critical support to the sales organization and leadership team. This role will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Accounting, and other internal departments to ensure seamless order processing, accurate customer data management, reporting, and sales support activities.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and have experience working with CRM/ERP platforms, sales reporting, and order management processes. This individual will play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency while delivering exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain customer accounts, sales orders, pricing, and data integrity across CRM and ERP platforms.
• Process sales orders, customer approvals, order modifications, and shipping-related requests while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and operational data to support business decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Support sales leadership with administrative tasks, reporting, presentations, and special projects.
• Coordinate logistics and preparation for trade shows, conferences, and sales events.
• Monitor and maintain system access for users and ensure accurate information across company platforms.
• Assist with lead distribution, customer inquiries, and internal communication to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to analyze sales data and identify trends that support business objectives.
• Continuously improve processes, documentation, and sales support resources to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Order Management, or Administrative Support experience.
• Strong experience with CRM and ERP systems; NetSuite experience highly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer and operational issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI and HubSpot experience are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• 5+ years supporting high-performing sales organizations in a Sales Support or Sales Operations capacity.
• Strong background in order processing, customer account management, and sales administration.
• Advanced Excel user with experience generating and analyzing business reports.
• Comfortable working with CRM/ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset and professional demeanor.
• Experience supporting trade shows, sales events, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving operational challenges.
