Ananya Child Development and Early Intervention Clinic is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and professional Admin and Operations Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of our centre.
This role combines administration, operations, parent coordination, and team support responsibilities within a fast-paced child development and healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Overseeing day-to-day centre operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the facility
• Coordinating with parents regarding appointments, schedules, and centre communication
• Scheduling parent meetings and supporting clinical coordination
• Facilitating smooth coordination between the clinical, administrative, and management teams
• Supervising housekeeping and support staff
• Managing fee collection, follow-up of pending fees, and issuing receipts
• Supporting HR related coordination, including interview scheduling and hiring processes
• Conducting morning and evening operational review meetings
• Preparing daily operational reports for management
• Ensuring professionalism, organisation, and operational efficiency across the centre

Qualifications and Experience
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
• Approximately 8 to 12 years of relevant professional experience in administration, operations, healthcare coordination, school administration, clinic management, or related fields
• Prior experience handling parent communication, operations management, and team coordination will be an advantage
• Candidates with experience in healthcare, education, wellness, or child development settings will be preferred
