Cymetree Projects LLP is a fast-growing healthcare infrastructure and EPC company engaged in hospital construction, medical colleges, modular OTs, ICUs, MGPS, turnkey healthcare projects, and medical-equipment supply and installation.
As the company enters its next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, working-capital management, project profitability, banking relationships, compliance, and financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Monitor project-wise revenue, cost, margins, cash flow, and profitability.
- Manage working capital, receivables, vendor payments, retention amounts, and project liquidity.
- Oversee banking facilities, cash-credit limits, term loans, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and structured-finance options.
- Strengthen internal controls, approval systems, and financial SOPs.
- Ensure timely statutory audits, tax audits, GST, TDS, income-tax compliance, and regulatory filings.
- Review tender conditions, commercial risks, payment terms, and project viability.
- Support fundraising, corporate restructuring, and future growth initiatives.
- Lead finance, accounts, taxation, billing, and compliance teams.
- Implement robust MIS dashboards and ERP-based financial monitoring systems.
Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred.
- CMA, MBA Finance, or CFA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 12–18 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Experience in EPC, construction, infrastructure, healthcare projects, or government contracting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project finance, working-capital cycles, bank guarantees, taxation, audit, and compliance.
- Experience managing a business with turnover of ₹200 crore or above will be preferred.
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and leadership ability.
- Comfortable working closely with founders and senior management in a fast-paced growth environment.
