About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial function of the organization. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow management, accounting, taxation, compliance, MIS, internal controls, and business finance.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing finance for a growing healthcare, wellness, retail, D2C, or multi-location business and should be capable of working closely with the management to drive profitable and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the complete Finance & Accounts function of the organization.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, cash-flow plans, and financial projections.
- Provide management with accurate and timely MIS, financial reports, dashboards, and business insights.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, working capital, and overall financial performance.
- Manage cash flow, fund allocation, banking relationships, and working capital requirements.
- Establish strong financial controls, processes, approval mechanisms, and internal audit systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, financial institutions, and statutory authorities.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Identify financial risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Monitor branch/clinic-wise profitability, cost structures, revenue performance, and operational expenses.
- Develop financial models and business cases for new clinics, expansion, products, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate business performance and provide data-driven recommendations to the management.
- Work closely with HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Business teams to improve financial efficiency.
- Review pricing, margins, vendor contracts, procurement costs, and major business expenses.
- Ensure effective accounts receivable and payable management.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team and establish clear KRAs and performance standards.
- Support management in fundraising, investor discussions, due diligence, and strategic financial planning, where required.
- Drive automation and improvement of finance processes, reporting systems, and financial controls.

Qualification
- CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in Finance or equivalent qualification may be considered for candidates with strong relevant experience.
- 10–15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with significant experience in a senior leadership role.
