Business Operations Intern
Location: Hope Street, Glasgow City Centre (next to Glasgow Central Station)
Contract: Summer Internship (eg 8/10 weeks)
Hours: Full Time (Monday-Friday starting at 8.30am)
Salary: £12.71 per hour (or national living wage dependant on age)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and organised Business Operations Intern to join our team for a summer placement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in business operations, customer service, administration and process improvement within a fast-paced and highly regulated organisation.
Key Duties
Business Administration
- Supporting customer enquiries and communications.
- Assisting with training bookings and administration.
- Maintaining customer records and databases.
- Preparing documentation and training materials.
- Supporting reporting and operational activities.
Process Improvement
- Testing and reviewing business procedures.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identifying areas for improvement.
- Helping document and refine operational processes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
Customer Experience
- Supporting customers throughout their journey with the business.
- Assisting with customer follow-up activities.
- Helping ensure a high standard of customer care is maintained.
Business Projects
- Assisting with operational improvement projects.
- Supporting management with research and data collection.
- Contributing ideas to improve systems and processes.
Role Requirements:
