About The Role
We are looking for a
Head of Sales Operations to drive operational excellence across our commercial organization. This role focuses on improving processes and ensuring the business is simple, consistent, and easy to work with.
You will play a key leadership role in shaping how the commercial function operates globally, enabling performance, driving alignment, and ensuring scalable, efficient ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve sales operations processes and frameworks at a global level
- Ensure a scalable, efficient, and consistent commercial operating model across all markets
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align operational priorities with business strategy
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across tools, processes, and ways of working
- Drive simplification and standardization across the commercial organization
- Champion a data-driven approach across commercial teams
- Collaborate closely with executives and key stakeholders across the business
- Influence and align senior leaders on operational priorities and improvements
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive ownership of outcomes
- Lead transformation initiatives to enhance commercial effectiveness
- Drive innovation, automation, and scalability across operations
- Ensure alignment between operational execution and long-term business goals
- Map and optimise end-to-end partner and internal workflows to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce friction, and improve responsiveness.

We are looking for
Experience
- Proven experience in Sales Operations leadership (Director level or equivalent)
- Strong track record in driving operational excellence and transformation
- Experience working in complex, multi-market or global environments
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems, analytics tools, and commercial performance frameworks
